Junior Registration and Family Fun Night

Teaching the players

Head Coach Lucas Block teaching the players

The Mount Barker Football Club’s Junior Registration and Family Fun Night is this Friday the 19th of February from 6-8pm. The night will be jam packed with fun for the entire family.

Family Fun Night Schedule

From 6.15 – 7.00 Lucas Block our senior coach will be joined by the senior squad in running a number of drills for the children to participate in.

Around 7.10 the senior boys will then put on a show with an internal trial. We would love to see as many people, especially the youngsters hanging around to watch and see where they could be in the not to distant future.

At 6.15, 6.50 and 7.35 our Junior Development Officer, Michael Higgs will be making presentations on the new and improved philosophies for the Juniors at the Mount Barker Football Club. These will take place in the clubrooms so please come up and say hi and see how we have improved ourselves to give your child the best opportunity to grow on and off the field.

The BBQ and Bar facilities will be open for the entire night so the parents can have a bite to eat and something to drink to bring in the weekend whilst they watch their children have a run around doing something they love.

Registrations

If you need to register your child or you need a transfer to the Mount Barker Football Club look for the signs to our wonderful volunteers who will be waiting to help you.

If you have previously played for Mount Barker you should have received an email with a link to re-register. Please complete this re-registration before Friday night, if you then have trouble we will be able to assist on the night.

Boot Swap

Have you got any old boots you no longer want or need?

Boot Swap

Friday 19th of February is the Mount Barker Football Club’s Junior Registration and Family Fun Night. To go along with the training sessions run by our senior players and the presentations made by Junior Development Officer Michael Higgs we will have a Boot Swap.

If parents want to bring along any good condition boots that no longer fit their children they can put them in a bin and swap them for a bigger pair.

This program will run for a month or 2 and then any leftover boots will be donated to soles4souls charity.

We look forward to seeing you at the Junior Registration and Family Fun night this Friday the 19th of February from 6-8pm. Keep an eye out on both our website and Facebook page in the coming days for further information.
